Ingredients:
500 grams boneless chicken
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
1 .Cut the chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
2 .Heat the oil and ghee in a deep frying pan or kadhai.
3 .Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
4 .Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.
5 .Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
6 .Add the red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Stir well.
7 .Add the chicken pieces to the pan and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned on all sides.
8 .Add the yogurt and mix well. Cook for another 10-12 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
9 .Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
