Ingredients:
1 pound of fish nuggets
2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup of red onion, diced
1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
1 .Place the fish nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
