Hummus is a delicious Arabic dish that is easy to make at home. Here's a recipe for traditional hummus:

Ingredients:

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt, to taste
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt. Pulse until smooth.
While the food processor is running, slowly pour in the water until the hummus reaches your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
