How to make Chicken Salad Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup red grapes, halved
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Salt and pepper, to taste
Bread or rolls of your choice
Lettuce or other greens for serving
Instructions:
1 .In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, red grapes, and sliced almonds. Stir well to combine.
2 .Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3 .Chill the chicken salad mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
5 .When ready to serve, slice bread or rolls and add a layer of lettuce or other greens to the bottom half.
6 .Add a generous scoop of chicken salad on top of the greens and spread it evenly.
7 .Top with the other half of the bread or roll to make a sandwich.
8 .Repeat with remaining ingredients until all sandwiches are made.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
