Ingredients:

1 lb. lamb or beef (or a mixture of both), thinly sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Pita bread
Tomatoes, sliced
Onions, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
Tzatziki sauce or hummus (optional)
Instructions:
Mix the olive oil, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
Add the sliced meat to the spice mixture and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Thread the marinated meat onto a large skewer, packing it tightly together.
Place the skewer on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
