Ingredients:


1 lb ground meat (beef or lamb)

1 cup chickpea flour (besan)

1 onion, finely chopped

2-3 green chilies, finely chopped

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp coriander seeds

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup water

Oil for deep frying

Instructions:


1 :In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

2 :Add the chickpea flour to the meat mixture and mix well. Add water gradually and mix well to form a thick batter.

3 :Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

4 :Using a tablespoon, scoop the keema batter and drop it into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.

5 :Remove the pakoras from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.

6 :Repeat the process with the remaining batter until all the pakoras are fried.

7 :Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
