1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
3-4 tbsp oil

Instructions:
1 .Wash the okra thoroughly and dry them completely using a kitchen towel. Then, trim off the heads and tails and slice them into 1 cm pieces.

3 .Add finely chopped onions and sauté them until they turn golden brown.

4 .Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Sauté them for a minute.

5 .Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.

7 .Add the sliced okra and mix gently. Add salt to taste.

8 .Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Don't overcook the okra, as it may turn slimy.
