Ingredients:
2 apples, diced
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup grapes, halved
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup tamarind chutney
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chaat masala (a spice blend)
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 lemon, juiced
Instructions:
1 :In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, sliced bananas, halved grapes, pineapple chunks, and pomegranate seeds.
2 :Add the chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, and roasted peanuts to the bowl.
3 :Pour the tamarind chutney over the fruit mixture.
4 ;Sprinkle the salt, chaat masala, and red chili powder over the fruit mixture.
5 :Squeeze the lemon juice over the top of the fruit mixture.
6 :Gently toss the fruit mixture until all of the ingredients are evenly combined
7 :Serve the fruit chaat immediately, garnished with additional chopped mint leaves and roasted peanuts, if desired.
